Robert Sheffield, DDS - Specialist in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopedics - Changing Lives one Smile at a Time!

Community Involvement

Our team is true to our Mission Statement and do all we can for our community. Sheffield Orthodontics have partnered with Antioch Police since 2000. Together we have been bringing joy to under privileged families during the holidays. Recently the team has again partnered with our local Police Department through their Police Activity League (PAL). PAL provides positive activities for youth in our community through dedicated individuals who will mentor and lead by example. Dr. Rob and the team are proud to be affiliated with such a noble and tremendous organization.

If you are interested in learning more about the PAL program or being a volunteer please visit:

Through out the year we work hard and look forward to Relay for Life in our community. Dr. Rob and several of our team members have been personally affected by cancer. Relay for Life is the American Cancer Society’s signature activity. It offers everyone in a community an opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer. Teams of people camp out at a local high school, park, or fairground and take turns walking or running around a track or path. Each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times during the event. Relays are an overnight event, up to 24 hours in length. Teams of people from all walks of life have fun while raising much-needed funds to fight cancer and raise awareness of cancer prevention and treatment.  No matter who you are, there’s a place for you at Relay. To participate on our team please contact one of our team members. To form your own team, make a donation, or dedicate a luminaria at your local American Cancer Society Relay for Life, please call 1-800-ACS-2345 or visit http://www.cancer.org/.

All year round, Dr. Rob supports local youth and sports programs. We applaud the efforts of our youth to excel in our community in all phases of education and extra curricular activities. Patients and/or Community representatives may submit a donation request to our office. Please understand we receive hundreds of requests throughout the year and may not be able to donate to all who submit a request.
