ANNUAL PATIENT REFERRAL CONTEST
In 2007, two of our families won an X-Box 360 and a gift certificate for games. In 2008, two of our families won a Wii System and gift certificate. It was based on new referrals, and let us tell you, you guys did a great job referring new families. So…we’re doing it again. Refer your friends, cousins, colleagues of your parents, teachers and their kids, anyone and everyone is welcome, just not your immediate family. Each and every time your referral results in a start, you will be entered into our drawing.
THE PRIZE: Wii System & a $50 Gift Certificate
Here’s how it works, simply take one of our business cards, write your name on the back and give it to the family your referring. They’ll bring it with them to their examination, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once we’ve confirmed the start, you’ll be entered.
