Our team of warm, caring professionals shares Dr. Sheffield’s commitment to excellence. Our orthodontic assistants and business staff are specially trained, knowledgeable and highly experienced, many with over 20 years in the profession. We always take the time to explain all aspects of your treatment and answer any questions you may have. Our team is ready to do everything possible to make your treatment successful and enjoyable. We are dedicated to a common goal… your healthy, beautiful smile.

Lauren Andujar is one of our newest team members. She joined our team as a Scheduling Coordinator in mid-2010 but has been in the dental field for five years. She loves that the office is fun and fast paced, all while maintaining a ‘people-oriented’ atmosphere. She likes working with a tight knit team and community. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys boating, camping and reading.

Dana Barnes has been in the orthodontic field as an RDA for over 20 years. She loves making people smile and enjoys getting to know the families that join our practice. When she’s not seeing patients at the office, she enjoys spending time with her 4 children and husband. They enjoy camping and the beach on the weekends.

Leanna Bedford is our Treatment Coordinator and she has the privilege of welcoming new patients to our practice. She has been with the company for over 10 years now. She looks forward to welcoming new families to the Sheffield Orthodontic Family.

Melinda Houle is our Financial Coordinator. She has been with us for over 20 years. Her favorite part of her job is being able to greet our patients and their families as they truly are her extended family. When she’s not assisting patients, she likes to spend time with her family, reading a good book or playing racquetball.

Kelli Kilmartin loves the sense of community here at Sheffield Orthodontics. She was first introduced to the office as a patient, and five years ago joined our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. She likes making our patients and their parents happy and greatly enjoys the family atmosphere here at Sheffield Orthodontics. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family.


Kristina Luka has been in the orthodontic field for 5 years and loves being a part of perfecting smiles. Having had braces herself, she is able to identify with patients while in treatment. Outside of the office she is an avid scrap-booker, enjoys baking along with spending time with her friends and family. 



Janessa Oriol's role as the Practice Administrator is to ensure our patients always receive top-quality care and customer service. She loves working for such a fun and deeply rooted community orthodontic office. She loves seeing the smiling faces of our patients, their parents and her coworkers. Janessa knows we really are making a difference not only in the smile, but in terms of confidence level for the patient for years to come. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, reading and snowboarding.

Valerie Yancey enjoys meeting new families and helping them feel comfortable throughout their treatment. She has been in the field for 25 years and worked for our company for the last 12 years as an RDA. She loves working with our team and loves to share the excitement when a patient gets their braces off. In her spare time, she enjoys fishing, hiking, backpacking and camping.


Maribel Zelaya has been an RDA with us for 20 years. She loves helping patients achieve a healthy, beautiful smile. She enjoys coming to work with her team each day and enjoys getting to know the patients and their families. In her spare time she enjoys exercising and spending time with her friends and family.
