Our top priority is the health and well-being of our patients, families, team and community. In this unprecedented time, we are deeply committed to keeping everyone safe.

In light of the evolving pandemic and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to limit patient treatment due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our office is heeding recommendations to voluntarily suspend non-urgent care until May x, 2020. We believe that this shift will allow us to more effectively evaluate this dynamic situation and assist in following the CDC's guidance on social separation. If you have an appointment scheduled with us between now and May x, our office will be in contact with you to reschedule once we have more information on our schedule, as well as the situation.

Until that time, Dr. Rob or a member of the clinical team will be available in the event of a true orthodontic emergency. We ask that you contact our office as you normally would, and be prepared to send us photos of the patient’s concerns, and a member of our team will review the photos and contact you with next steps. See a how-to video on taking photos on our Instagram, Facebook and website:

We did not make this decision lightly. A great deal of care, research and planning guided our decision. We will continue to evaluate the situation as it evolves and determine on a weekly basis when it is appropriate for us to return to our normal business hours.

Again, please understand that we are making this decision with the health and well-being of our patients, our families, our team and our community in mind.

We will continue to use our website, our Facebook page, and Instagram account to keep you updated on changes as they occur.

We wish all of you continued health and strength during this challenging time.

Dr. Rob
