Office Hours


We are generally open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


Our fully digitized scheduling system is designed to give you the appointment times that work best for you and your family. Because our office is completely paperless, we are able to provide our patients higher quality care while maintaining the luxury of running on time.

We value your time and understand you and your family are busy, so we pledge to offer after school/work appointments for your routine appointments. Longer appointments are scheduled during weekday mornings to ensure the success of your treatment. These appointments usually include the day the braces are put on and taken off your teeth. By reserving these longer comfort and emergency appointments during the mornings, we are able to serve more patients who are visiting for their regular 6 to 8 week appointments during the afternoon hours. Of course, we can also schedule your routine appointments during our morning hours.

Late Arrivals

Parents and patients are responsible for remembering their appointments and arriving on time. Arriving late to an appointment can pose a problem and may require us to reschedule your appointment for another day.


We request at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may better serve all of our patients. Please note that if a patient makes a habit of cancelling or arriving late to appointments, treatment time can be extended. In unusual circumstances, we may be unable to offer you the popular afternoon appointment times in the future.

Emergency Visits

If a bracket or band becomes loose, or you are experiencing discomfort, please call our office. Depending on the urgency of the problem and when your next appointment is scheduled, we may ask you to schedule another appointment to correct the problem.

We have created these scheduling policies to ensure the overall success of your orthodontic treatment. Working together, we can build a true partnership with one common goal – to achieve and maintain a beautiful, healthy smile.

E-mail and Texting Services

We are excited to provide e-mail and texting services for our patients. We are able to send appointment reminders via e-mail and/or text message to your mobile phone (normal data and message rates apply). If you haven’t already opted in to this service, please be sure to speak with a member of our team at your next visit.

In addition to appointment reminders, we have partnered with Orthodontext to send gentle reminders to our patients who would like us to remind them to wear their elastics, aligners or even retainers. These text reminders can be added or suspended by patient request, and are a fantastic way to keep orthodontic treatment on track. Be sure to ask a member of our team at your next visit!

Account Balances

We have partnered with OrthoFi to offer flexible financing arrangements to meet the budget of any family wishing to invest in their own best smile. The patient, or financially responsible party, is able to access up-to-the-minute account balance, past and upcoming payments, as well as change methods of payments at their convenience.
